Just Another Foundry Font Remix Tools commercial license agreement 1. Extent of use: number of font families The full license does not restrict the number of fonts designed or produced with the help of the Font Remix Tools. The single family license allows the use of the Font Remix Tools in the design or production of one font family. A font family shall be defined as a set of end user fonts originating from not more than one Multiple Master FontLab font. In addition, the Font Remix Tools may be used on a second Multiple Master FontLab font for the design or production of a set of italic fonts that belong to the same family. Unless they originate from the same Multiple Master FontLab font, variations such as optical sizes, serif/sans companions or other stylistic variants are considered separate font families under this license agreement. 2. Extent of use: number of computers This license allows the use of the Font Remix Tools on one personal computer. The software may be transferred to a new computer given that it is removed from the old one. 3. Functionality By purchasing a Font Remix Tools commercial license you confirm that you have already used the Font Remix Tools successfully and found them helpful, despite possible functional flaws. 4. Upgrades Two single family licenses purchased by the same company or person shall be considered as equivalent to a full license.
