Just Another Foundry Font Remix Tools commercial license agreement 1. Extent of use: number of font families The single family and five family licenses allow the use of the Font Remix Tools in the design or production of the specified number of font families. A font family shall be defined as a set of end user fonts originating from not more than one Multiple Master FontLab font. In addition, the Font Remix Tools may be used on a second Multiple Master FontLab font for the design or production of a set of italic fonts that belong to the same family. Unless they originate from the same Multiple Master FontLab font, variations such as optical sizes, serif/sans companions or other stylistic variants are considered separate font families under this license agreement. The unlimited license does not restrict the number of fonts designed or produced with the help of the Font Remix Tools. 2. Extent of use: number of computers This license allows the use of the Font Remix Tools on 2 personal computers within the purchasing organisation. All users must belong to the same company or household purchasing the license. 3. Functionality By purchasing a Font Remix Tools commercial license you confirm that you have already used the Font Remix Tools successfully and found them helpful, despite possible functional flaws. 4. Upgrades Two single family licenses purchased by the same company or person shall be considered as equivalent to a five family license. In the same sense, two five family licenses shall be considered as equivalent to an unlimited license.
